    Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary position with the potential to convert to full-time. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Coupa and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to established processes in a professional environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage accounts payable activities using the Coupa AP system

     

    Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments

     

    Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies

     

    Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable

     

    Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience with Coupa preferred

     

    Strong accounts payable background

     

    Ability to adapt quickly and work in a professional office environment

     

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    Education:

    Accounting or Finance coursework or equivalent experience preferred

    Additional Info:

    Schedule: Full-time, onsite

     

    Duration: Temporary with potential for conversion to permanent employment

    • Familiarity with Coupa or similar accounts payable systems is preferred.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in financial operations.

    • Ability to adapt to established processes and work effectively in a detail-oriented office environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve payment discrepancies and vendor issues.

    • Coursework in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

    • Proficiency in handling ACH payments and check runs.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
