Responsibilities:

+ Inspect and unbox cameras to check for damages or defects

+ Install and update software on devices using Ethernet connections

+ Conduct diagnostics to ensure proper functionality of devices and troubleshoot issues as needed.

+ Prepare items for shipping by securely packing them after inspection.

+ Evaluate returned items under warranty, identify problems, and draft detailed reports.

+ Organize and track inventory, ensuring accurate records of all assets.

+ Participate in breaking down packaging materials and maintaining an organized workspace.

+ Assist with physical inventory tasks, including annual inventory counts.

Requirements

+ Previous experience in inventory management or a related field.

+ Proficiency in handling physical inventory tasks, including unboxing and packing items.

+ Familiarity with software installation and diagnostic processes.

+ Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light items repeatedly.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Experience with inventory tracking systems and asset management.

+ Effective communication skills for drafting reports and collaborating with team members.

+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment
