    Description

    Responsibilities

    + Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules; identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies.

    + Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.

    + Create and maintain test cases, use cases, and Python scripts for Java middleware development.

    + Perform REST API testing using JSON, Swagger, Jenkins, and Splunk.

    + Define and execute business scenarios to meet real-world needs.

    + Track and report quality assurance metrics such as defect counts, test results, and test status.

    + Analyze data for software process evaluation and integrate improvements into business workflows.

    + Document issues and assist in their resolution.

    + Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant.

    + Conduct quality audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

    + Minimum 8 years of overall QA testing experience.

    + At least 5 years of hands-on Python scripting experience.

    + Proven experience in automated testing.

    + Strong QA testing experience with Java applications.

    + 5+ years of QA/testing experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

    + Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail).

    + Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, JScript, VBScript, C#, Python.

    + Experience with API testing.

    + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other team members.

    + Ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to change.

    Preferred Experience

    + Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows or related software systems.
