Description We are looking for a dedicated Staff Consultant to join our team in Hammonton, New Jersey. In this role, you will lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of diverse clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and resources are effectively managed.

• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, define processes, and document deliverables.

• Oversee testing cycles, post-production support, and change management strategies to maximize user adoption.

• Act as the bridge between business and IT stakeholders by translating technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

• Analyze business challenges and create future-state recommendations to align with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with teams to define and document business processes while aligning them with system functionality.

• Organize and lead critical meetings, focusing discussions on key decision points and project milestones.

• Manage diverse teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives align with strategic goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships, fostering trust and collaboration with clients and team members.

• Evaluate, interpret, and organize data to support decision-making processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in services or similar industries.

• Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials and other related modules.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.

• Certification in Oracle Cloud or related systems preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as Visio and Access is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
