    Description

    We're looking for a driven TEMP Recruiter to source, screen, and source talent across both construction and white-collar roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to fill a variety of field and office-based positions, from laborers and site supervisors to project managers and administrative staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction and corporate roles

    + Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking

    + Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams

    + Maintain and track recruitment metrics using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data reports)

    + Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of recruiting experience (construction + white collar preferred)

    + Strong Excel skills — must be confident with formulas, pivot tables, etc.

    + Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple roles

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
