Description

We’re seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for end users, focusing on troubleshooting issues with Windows environments, Office 365, and identity management systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and strong customer service.

Requirements

2–4 years of IT help desk/support experience

Proficiency in Windows OS and Office 365 troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD

Knowledge of Intune for device and application management

Strong communication and customer service skills
