    Job Title: Prior Authorization Digitization Auditor – Clinical Consulting

     

    Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hours per week

     

    Compensation: Up to $30/hour

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Prior Authorization Digitization Auditor to join a clinical consulting support team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy and consistency in the digitization of prior authorization criteria within a healthcare application. The Auditor is responsible for validating automated data inputs, correcting classification errors, and occasionally handling manual digitization tasks.

    WKey Responsibilities

    + Audit digitized prior authorization guidelines to ensure content is correctly placed in the appropriate sections of a healthcare management system.

    + Verify and correct AI-generated classifications of approval criteria.

    + Research drug labeling and product information to support accurate classification and documentation.

    + Manually digitize any documents that the AI fails to process.

    + Maintain consistency in reclassifications and provide feedback to improve AI accuracy.

    + Collaborate with IT to address system-related issues and suggest enhancements.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy-related role, healthcare service environment, or PBM setting.

    + Familiarity with pharmacy terminology and/or prior authorization guidelines.

    + Proficiency in Excel (basic functions such as formatting, filtering, sorting).

    + Basic Word processing skills.

    + Strong communication skills – verbal and written.

    + Comfort working with data, digital systems, and minimal supervision.

    •Preferred Qualifications

    + Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

    + Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, functions).
