Description

Our client, a highly successful global law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their litigation practice group in Boston, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong legal background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role: Associate Attorney

Salary: $360,000 - $420,000 (DOE) + bonuses

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute complex litigation cases, including shareholder disputes and white-collar investigations.

• Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

• Oversee discovery processes, ensuring thorough and efficient preparation.

• Collaborate with associates at the beginning of their careers and team members to deliver superior work products.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.

• Provide strategic advice to clients on litigation risks and potential outcomes.

• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals, fostering their growth and development.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 5–7 years of significant experience in complex litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and/or internal investigations.

+ Prior experience in the Litigation Department of a top-tier law firm.

+ Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

+ Team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
