    Description

    We’re seeking an IT Account Support Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth through trusted support and consultative service.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve as the main point of contact for client needs.

    + Conduct business reviews and create tailored growth plans.

    + Proactively address challenges and identify service opportunities.

    + Turn satisfied clients into advocates through referrals and testimonials.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

    Qualifications

    + Experience in client relationship management or account support.

    + Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools.

    + Dependable, positive, and results-focused team player.

    Salary $70,000 plus commission

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of experience in account management.
