    A respected independent SEC Registered Investment Advisor is expanding its Wealth Management team and is seeking both Wealth Managers and Senior Wealth Managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and embody the firm’s “Wealth of Life” philosophy—centered on well-being, personal fulfillment, and empowerment.

    Wealth Manager

    Position Overview:

    The Wealth Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, delivering financial planning services, and supporting business development efforts. This role is ideal for advisors with 5+ years of experience who are ready to deepen their impact and grow within the firm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients

    + Deliver customized financial planning and investment advisory services

    + Develop and implement financial plans across retirement, tax, estate, and risk management

    + Support senior advisors in client acquisition and business development

    + Participate in firm initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate client records

     

    Senior Wealth Manager

    Position Overview:

    The Senior Wealth Manager is a seasoned professional who leads complex client relationships, mentors junior advisors, and plays a strategic role in firm growth. This role is suited for experienced advisors with 8+ years of experience who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Independently source, close, and manage high-value client relationships

    + Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies

    + Mentor and train associate advisors, fostering a culture of excellence

    + Lead business development efforts and expand client wallet share

    + Participate in strategic initiatives and collaborate with leadership on firm-wide goals

    + Ensure compliance and maintain detailed client records

    Requirements

    Manager Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning or investment advisory

    + CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation required

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Collaborative approach to client service with a growth-oriented mindset

    Senior Manager Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management

    + CFP® designation and Series 65 (or equivalent) required

    + Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

    + Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
