    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator - Activation IC in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .

    In this role, you will:

    + Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products

    + Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests

    + Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines

    + Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks

    + Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds

    + Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up

    + Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings

    + Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 1+ years Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation

    + Demonstrate strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures

    + Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Previous project management experience

    + Legal document review experience

    + Ability to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment

    + Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners

    + Familiar with banking terminology

    + Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

    Job Expectations:

    + This position offers a hybrid work schedule

    + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.     Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $25.48 - $45.67
