Facility:Behavioral Health Center - DaytonDepartment:Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapy ServicesSchedule:Part timeHours:20Job Details:This position seeks to provide care for patients in our transitional-age intensive outpatient program by assisting in group therapy, patient screening, discharge planning, and care coordination. It will also aide in alleviating the long terms effects of traumatic events. To improve the behavioral health status of patients in our service area and beyond by linking them with the appropriate ongoing services. Staff will conduct a behavioral health and social needs screening on all families and will provide resource options. Staff will follow up with patients and communicate outcomes with referral source. Collaborates with referral sources, particularly local emergency departments and universities.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field is preferred
Experience:
• 1-2 years experience in behavioral health is preferred
Department Specific Job Details:
+ part time, 20 hours
+ evening shift, flexibility with schedule
+ clinic from 5-9:30 Mon, Weds, Thurs
+ remaining hours flexible based on patient needs
+ serving at the Kettering Health Behavioral Medical Center on Lamme Rd.
