    The pay range for this position is $87,457 to $95,659 annually depending on education and experience.

     

    This position is located in Rutland, MA.

     

    $3,000 Sign-on Bonus.

     

    For many years, Devereux Massachusetts has primarily served students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders in residential and group home settings.Devereux’s new Medically Complex Program is designed to serve youth with complex medical needs who require 24-hour nursing care, and are therefore not able to safely reside in a home setting. Many youth in this program, although they have many strengths and abilities, do present with sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or conditions that require use of medical equipment. We use an interdisciplinary team approach to meet the unique needs of each youth and we provide them with enriching, fun, and diverse opportunities to grow and learn. Our goal is to help each child in our care reach their full potential.

    As the Assistant Director, you will:

    + Be responsible for oversight of care coordination of individuals

    + Supervise and train nursing staff

    + Assist the Program Director in providing operations oversight of the program

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice standards

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Must be 21 years of age or older.

    + Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and be a current Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.

    + Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

    + Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

    + 5 years clinical experience in a related field of nursing required.

    + Valid driver's license required.

    + **Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.**
