The pay for this position starts at $23.54/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $27.84/hour.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The schedules for this position are Wednesday-Saturday 12pm-10pm. or Sunday- Wednesday-12pm-10pm

**Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts** serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Staff design house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support the individuals' growth and development.

As an Assistant Campus Coordinator, you will:

+ Exhibit leadership and communication skills while working with other dedicated human service professionals!

+ Responsible for the oversight of daily operations during non-business hours

+ Serve as the primary coordinator of resources and communication, including on call notifications and consultation.

+ Proactively manages the safe operation of campus, and responds to immediate issues and concerns.

+ Coordinates residential and group home staffing to ensure effective staff utilization

+ Drive/transport youth as needed. In group homes, staff will be required to use their personal vehicle for transport.

+ Remain on shift or transfer to another unit to ensure safety and maintain regulated staff to youth ratios

+ Complete housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

+ Must be 21 years of age or older.

+ Active driver’s license is required.

+ High School and Bachelors degree inHuman Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education required.

+ Three years related experience required.

+ Supervisory experience preferred.

+ **Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.**

Schedule:

+ **Wednesday - Saturday 12pm-10pm**

+ **Sunday- Wednesday-12pm-10pm**
