    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Early Friday Departure at 3 PM – Paid Full Day)

    • What You’ll Do

    + Review and clean up spreadsheets by comparing internal records with carrier commission statements.

    + Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.

    + Update point-of-record systems and relevant software with precision.

    + Maintain documentation and reporting standards to uphold data integrity.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve compensation tracking.

    + Assist with journal entries and other accounting-related tasks.

    • What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting.

    + 3–5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

    + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and more).

    + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Experience with data reconciliation and journal entries.

    + Ability to multitask and work independently.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $38.46/hr.
