    Top Skills:

    + Minimum 2 years of accounting experience required

    + Minimum 1 year of office management or supervisory experience

    + Associate degree in Accounting preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    + Automotive industry experience a plus

    + Experience with dealership management systems (such as CDK) a plus

    Description

    + Lead, train, and support office staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

    + Oversee payroll and benefits administration

    + Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and compliance

    + Manage documents including payroll, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory updates

    + Control petty cash and reconcile selected accounts monthly

    + Ensure manufacturer accounts (warranty claims, rebates, co-op advertising, etc.) are current and accurate

    + Support preparation of month-end close, financial statements, and annual audits

    + Provide daily operating control (DOC) and financial reports to the GM and leadership team

    + Approve adjustments to inventory and receivable accounts as necessary

    + Ensure compliance with government regulations and dealership standards

    + Support managers in staying compliant with state and federal labor laws

    + Cross-train to provide coverage across administrative functions as needed

    + Partner with leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
