    Job Description

    This role contributes to the company's success by leading the development of inventory forecasts for assigned business units. These forecasts drive planning processes that support sales goals and customer service objectives.

    Team Culture & Work Environment

    Key Projects

    + Daily operational support

    + Potential involvement in future strategic projects

    Daily Responsibilities

    + Develops inventory and service level strategies; recommends optimal inventory levels and trade-offs between cost and service targets

    + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement assortment changes that reduce waste and improve margins

    + Identifies opportunities to enhance store sales through data-driven inventory strategies

    + Anticipates trend shifts using insights and analytics, implementing proactive measures

    + Manages competing priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks

    + Tailors communication for various audiences, including leadership, to foster collaboration

    + Crafts clear, collaborative messaging that accurately conveys complex scenarios

    Team Interaction

    + High level of interaction with cross-functional partners

    Required Skills

    + Supply chain management

    + Inventory planning and replenishment

    + ERP systems experience

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Effective written and verbal communication

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with presentation capabilities

    Technology Requirements

    + Microsoft Office Suite

    + Oracle BI

    + O9 or IMS

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related business field

    + 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain and planning environment

    Preferred Experience

    + Attention to detail

    + Store allocation and replenishment processes

    + Ability to work independently

    + Experience presenting data-driven insights

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
