    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Data Entry specialist with healthcare experience to support internal data entry operations for client account setup. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely implementation of client data into systems such as CobraPoint and Wex.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter client implementation data into internal systems (CobraPoint, Wex).

    • Build and configure client accounts based on implementation paperwork.

    • Collaborate with internal project managers to clarify and verify data.

    • Extract data from Salesforce and other systems as needed.

    • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong computer proficiency and data entry experience.

    • Ability to read, interpret, and input complex data.

    • Comfortable navigating multiple systems, including Salesforce.

    • Effective internal communication and collaboration skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree not required.

    • Prior experience in data entry and computer-based work preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
