This role is critical in ensuring loans are closed within 24 hours, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and investor guideline adherence. The processor will handle

a queue of 40–50 loans, performing corrections and restructuring as needed.

Responsibilities:

+ Process and correct loan files to meet 24-hour closing deadlines.

+ Review and update Cash to Close, DTI, and Seller Credits at closing.

+ Restructure loans based on last-minute changes and investor requirements.

+ Analyze borrower documentation including credit reports, bank statements, and income verification.

+ Apply Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines to ensure compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3-5 years of loan processing experience , closing or loan origination

+ Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders

+ Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is

+ Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines

+ Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans

+ Encompass preferred

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
