Description
+ Inbound Customer Service Representatives are needed to support a client in the Eastern Time Zone. Agents can expect a structured work environment, where they have a set schedule with scheduled breaks (2-15 min paid) and lunch (1- 30 min unpaid).
+ Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST) . OR 8:30am-5pm Eastern (7:30am-4pm CST).
+ Training is 1 week long and training runs from Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST).
+ The first day of training will be equipment set up with a trainer who would call them around 7am CST, Day 2 would be orientation, Day 3 program training, Day 4 complete program training and Day 5 shadow with a SME.
Job Duties
Agents will be answering inbound calls from field technicians and 3rd party vendors using the new system that was recently acquired for the entire duration of their shift.
+ Multi-tasking and the ability to have great communication skills is a must.
+ Checking MS Outlook and Team chats during downtime.
+ Completing any other tasks that are assigned by manager.
+ Meeting performance metric for quality (minimum 90%) and adherence (92%)

+ Need to have GED or HS Diploma.
+ This is a work from home position with 2 morning shifts.
+ Must have high speed connected internet.
+ Must have good customer service/communication skills.
+ Main calls inbound are coming from internal employees (Field Techs) or 3rd party technicians who need help using a new computer system.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.10 - $16.10/hr.
