We are seeking a knowledgeable Crystal Reports Administrator to lead the setup, configuration, and management of our newly implemented Crystal Reports Server. This role is critical to ensuring the server is properly deployed and optimized for delivering pixel-perfect reports from our new system.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Administer and configure the latest version of Crystal Reports Server, ensuring proper setup and connectivity to the new database.

+ Manage the Crystal Web Server environment to support report distribution and access.

+ Validate and troubleshoot server performance, permissions, and delivery mechanisms.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to transition legacy Crystal Reports into the new server environment.

+ Support report developers by ensuring the infrastructure is stable and properly configured.

+ Maintain documentation related to server setup, configuration, and usage best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Strong experience administering Crystal Reports Server, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.

+ Familiarity with Crystal Reports Web Server and its role in report delivery.

+ Solid understanding of SQL databases and how they integrate with Crystal Reports.

+ Ability to troubleshoot server-related issues and optimize performance.

+ Experience migrating or reconfiguring legacy Crystal Reports environments.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working with Crystal’s developer site and server-based report distribution.

+ Ability to work alongside report developers to ensure seamless report delivery.

+ Previous experience in healthcare or enterprise reporting environments is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
