    Job Title: Entry-Level IT Business Analyst

     

    Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension or conversion)

     

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite (5 days/week)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Business Analyst to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Computer Science or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

    + Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system specifications.

    + Support project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    + Help identify areas for improvement and contribute to solution development.

    + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Familiarity with Jira is a plus, but not required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
