Description

The main duties of this position will be running inforce life illustrations. Illustration processing (software eg. winflex) tools are more robust. The model shows what happens in the future or the Life insurance product. Employee will find issues with an excel macro tool or runtime error - basic excel knowledge. Won't look into macro but identify error with runtime. Good with Math -They use an excel tool so the associate will need to have a basic understanding of excel, understand life insurance, IUL or UL preferred, and have excellent quality. Will be looking at Macros and VBAs to determine why they are getting a null code or zero factor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

- 4 year degree in Math, Finance, Data Analysis, Economics, or similar OR insurance experience

- Strong Excel knowledge - Doesn't need Macros but it's preferred

- Likes ambitious candidates that make the extra effort to learn.

- 1 year of experience in analytical role ideally with a financial services firm.

Prefer:

Life insurance - specifically universal life

Any coaching or training experience is preferred as they can give and take feedback well

Manager will be training for the role and emphasizes analytical skills, ability to figure things out/learn on the fly and excellent math skills are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
