Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in delivering outstanding customer service and efficient

processing of orders. In this role, you will support Inside Sales Representatives by managing quotes in the database, maintaining accurate customer data, and

coordinating with internal departments such as production, quality and shipping.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in working in a technical, industrial manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a B2B sales team

• Experience in the metals or industrial manufacturing industry

• Familiarity with stainless steel product types, tubing, or pipe specifications

• Working knowledge of order entry, inventory management, or logistics processes

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Proactive communicator who can anticipate and resolve issues before they

escalate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
