    Ironwear, a prominent manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant/Order Processor to join our team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support with order processing responsibilities, making it essential for maintaining efficient office operations and delivering excellent customer service. If you are an organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this position may be perfect for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

    + Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately in our ERP system.

    + Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely preparation and shipment of orders.

    + Provide support in scheduling meetings and managing team calendars.

    + Answer incoming calls and inquiries from customers and direct them appropriately.

    + Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

    + Resolve discrepancies related to orders and ensure compliance with company policies.

    + Maintain accurate documentation for orders and administrative tasks.

    + Assist in managing inventory and restocking office supplies.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.

    + 1-2 years of experience in office administration or order processing is highly desirable.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both administrative and order processing tasks.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    + Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory management.

    + Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

    + Knowledge of the PPE industry is a plus.
