Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct consistent weekly ride-alongs or monthly market visits with Account Executives to retail store locations and provide coaching and feedback on visit effectiveness
+ Collaborate with local dealer partners and direct distribution partners to strategically add new points of distribution within each market
+ Monitor Regional Account Executive store visitation strategy and compliance to ensure that brand and performance standards are met
+ Work with the Gen Mobile Marketing department to coordinate table day events and community events within the assigned territory
+ Gather competitive and customer impacting information and effectively escalate to Sales Director
+ Travel regionally as needed by the Head of Sales to visit assigned accounts and partners; conduct in person business reviews and provide sales plan direction
+ Manage a team of Regional Account Executives and drive performance within a portfolio of Gen Mobile accounts
+ Manage current distributor partner accounts, partner with POC, and drive sales and market share with accounts
+ Build and maintain a strong winning culture focused on sales and people first
+ Build relationships throughout a territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance
+ Secondary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores including escalated issues
+ Manage targets of retention and activation quotas
+ Work with the Head of Sales to ensure regional and national strategies are executed effectively
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years related work experience or 8+ years sales management experience
+ Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines
+ 3+ years account management experience
+ 3+ years direct or indirect retail channel experience
+ 1+ year selling wireless products or services
+ Proven experience managing a field sales team
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Demonstrate strong presentation skills to be able to host conference calls and training sessions
+ Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
+ Consult and provide solutions when called upon by a team or partners
+ Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment
+ Display confidence in having high level strategy conversations with business owners and all other sales partners as needed
+ _Bilingual Spanish is a required skill for this role_
Compensation:
+ In addition to the annual salary, there is an uncapped commission component with a potential of $30,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals
+ Base salary is determined on the cost of living in the designated territory as well as years of industry experience

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
