• Creative Project Coordinator

    As an Associate Project Manager, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the creative agency.

     

    A typical day will include collaborating with production managers to define project scope and manage project timelines, costs, and quality.

     

    You will act as a key support to the Manager of Production Management, helping with planning efforts, documenting information, and assisting with client communications.

     

    You'll also work closely with clients and stakeholders to build successful relationships and ensure a seamless and positive experience.

    Qualifications:

    At least 1-3 years of project/program coordination or event production experience.

     

    Prior experience working within a marketing or creative agency is preferred.

     

    Experience coordinating creative projects, including graphic design, video production, and digital projects.

     

    Well-versed in project management systems such as Smartsheet.

    Skills:

    Excellent Communication Skills: You should be a strong and clear communicator, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

     

    Highly Collaborative: A team player with a positive attitude who can work with minimal direction and be a self-starter.

     

    Strong Administrative Experience: The ability to take detailed notes, document information efficiently, and provide strong support to management.
