    Packaging Technician – 3rd Shift

    **Hours:** 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, M-F

    **Pay:** $20/hour

    **Apply now to be part of a team focused on quality, safety, and making a difference!** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging vaccine products, while operating and maintaining packaging equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate packaging equipment (e.g. labelers, pick & place, heat tunnel, vision systems).

    + Inspect products for accuracy and quality.

    + Set up and change over equipment as needed.

    + Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

    + Complete required documentation following cGMP and SOP guidelines.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    + Support line clearances and participate in daily performance reviews.

    + Cross-train in other areas as needed.

    + Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

    + 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

    + Forklift experience preferred but not required.

    + Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

    + Comfortable working overnight hours (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM).

    + Basic math and computer skills.

    + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
