Job Title: PeopleSoft Federal Financials Consultant

Role: Federal Financial Management Functional Lead – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Fed Gov end client requires Citizenship with ability to secure Public Trust

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Lead with a strong understanding of federal financial management processes. This role focuses on analyzing and rationalizing requirements related to Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and TROR (Treasury Report on Receivables) reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret the business rationale behind bureau-specific customizations and translate those into actionable documentation.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead requirement gathering sessions focused on AR, billing, and TROR processes

+ Analyze and rationalize existing customizations to understand business drivers

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to document solution-agnostic requirements

+ Provide subject matter expertise in federal financial operations

+ Support future system design and implementation planning

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in federal financial management, specifically in O2C processes

+ Strong understanding of AR, billing, and federal reporting requirements

+ Ability to interpret and document business needs across bureaus

+ Oracle/PeopleSoft experience is a plus but not required

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
