The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH) is seeking a dynamic individual for our Behavior Health team. The Milieu Therapist will create activities and milieu structure by running groups, modeling interpersonal behaviors with patients and peers and participating in the implementation and communication of individual treatment/behavioral plans for the young adult, middle age, and the geriatric patient(s). Take an active part in milieu management by being visible on the unit, working one on one and in various groups. The Shattuck hospital is on the forefront of substance use disorder treatment including a Suboxone clinic serving 200 patients.
