• Head of Cash and Consumer Deposit Analytics

    Responsibilities:

    Data-Driven Decision Support

     

    + Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools that consolidate metrics across the division.

    + Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in consumer deposit behavior and product performance.

    + Collaborate with our advanced analytics COE teams to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.

     

    Strategic Analytics & Insights

     

    + Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business narratives.

    + Develop and deploy advanced analytical models to support savings and cash product strategies.

    + Deliver go-to-market insights and performance tracking across key initiatives.

     

    Team Leadership & Development

     

    + Hire, coach, and manage a team of analysts and rotational talent.

    + Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

    + Set performance goals and manage compensation decisions in alignment with HR policies.

     

    Stakeholder Engagement

     

    + Act as the liaison between analytics and the Cash and Savings business within Brokerage and Investments.

    + Facilitate strategic discussions with executive audiences and contribute to roadmap development.

    + Partner with other enterprise teams to ensure alignment.

    Qualifications:

    + 10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in consumer banking or financial services.

    + Proven success in leading analytics teams and delivering business impact.

    + Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau.

    + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

    + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

    + Experience in deposit product analytics, cash management, or retail banking

    + Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence across departments.

    + Minimum of eight years of related work experience.

    + Technical Skills - Python, SQL, Tableau

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
