    Job Responsibilities:

    + **Assures that customer quality-imposed requirements are adhered to and that a quality system is maintained.**

    + **Coordinates programs designed to improve supplier performance, productivity, and process validation.**

    + **Ensures suppliers submitted for addition to the ASL or ASPL meet defined requirements and ensures suppliers already on ASL/ASPL maintain compliance to requirements**

    + **Prepares, maintains and reviews quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.**

    + **Reviews and analyzes corrective action reports, defect data, and other supplier data. Coordinates and reports on supplier rating process.**

    + **Monitors quality control activities and systems related to Supplier Quality, and maintains feedback loops. May perform investigations into quality issues.**

    + **Serves as a POC for GSC regarding ASL, PO, Counterfeit Part Prevention, and Supplier Quality Process questions**

    + **Extensively utilizes SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), excel, and Tableau in these processes.**

    Basic Qualifications

    + **Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain, OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain**

    + **Experience using SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)**

    + **Experience supporting cross functional/sector efforts or projects**

    + **Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + **Supplier Quality experience in industry**

    + **Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Access**

    + **Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel**

    + **An Active DoD secret security clearance**

     

    Primary Level Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
