    About the Role

     

    The Director of Total Rewards will lead SPWH’s compensation and total rewards programs, driving strategies that attract and retain top talent. You will evaluate, design, and implement compensation strategy and programs to competitively position SPWH as a great place to work. Additionally, you will collaborate with functional leaders and regional HR partners to execute best practices and strategies that align with company goals.

     

    Wage: $125K -$130K + Bonus

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.

    + Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and recognition initiatives.

    + Manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    + Partner with HR, finance, and leadership to align rewards programs with organizational goals.

    + Provide tools and resources to communicate the value of total rewards packages to employees and candidates.

    + Leverage data analytics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in total rewards, with a focus on compensation strategy.

    + Experience with large hourly workforces in retail, hospitality, or fast food.

    + Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).

    + Proven ability to lead compensation, benefits, and payroll teams.

    + Clear communication and collaboration skills.

    + Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
