The **Lead Visual Designer** will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the companys brand and objectives. With a focus on digital platforms the candidate will utilize tools such as Figma Adobe XD and Google Web Designer to produce high-quality visual content. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Role & Responsibilities:

+ Develop innovative design concepts that align with the companys brand strategy and objectives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.

+ Utilize Google Web Designer Figma and Adobe XD to create interactive and engaging digital designs.

+ Oversee the design process from conceptualization to final execution ensuring high-quality outcomes.

+ Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall design quality.

+ Implement design solutions that improve user experience and drive customer engagement.

+ Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align design projects with business goals.

+ Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

+ Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro.

+ Design and layout print materials using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

+ Enhance visual content with photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.

+ Ensure all design outputs are optimized for various digital platforms and devices.

Required Skills:

+ 7+ years of relevant work experience

+ Possess a strong proficiency in **Google Web Designer,** **Figma** , and **Adobe XD** .

+ Demonstrate expertise in **Adobe After Effects** and **Adobe Premier Pro** for motion graphics.

+ Have extensive experience with **Adobe Edge Animate** and **Adobe InDesign** .

+ Show proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** and **Adobe Photoshop** for graphic design.

+ Exhibit a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

+ Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Be able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

The annual salary for this position is between $47,975 – $115,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
