Job Summary

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that align with business needs focusing on Medicare and Medicaid claims. With a hybrid work model and day shifts this role requires expertise in Amp Script Data Modelling API SQL Javascript CSS and HTML. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing payer systems and enhancing data management processes.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer

+ Translate business requirements into AJO journeys, including customer segmentation, journey branching,

+ Integrate AJO with AEP Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems.

+ Build complex customer journey workflows in AJO.

+ Troubleshoot and debug AJO applications, provide technical support to development teams and business stakeholders.

+ Continuously improve the Solution Architecture, team's knowledge, methodologies and customer-facing collateral

Qualifications

+ Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and solid understanding of core AEP modules

+ Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications

+ Strong understanding of data management, including data ingestion, data modeling, and audience segmentation

+ Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes

+ 1-2 years of experience in developing journeys using AJO

+ Experience in at least one other marketing automation platform
