Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience in navigating the regulatory landscape across risk domains, and implementing and managing multi-jurisdictional controls within a technology or global enterprise environment.

+ Experience in audit functions.

+ Experience in compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks and practices.

+ Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional partner teams.

+ Excellent investigative skills to arrange information, extract insights, and formulate recommendations.

We manage our operations through risk-based prioritization and governance as well as consistent and constructive regulator engagement.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

+ Lead and execute assurance programs for domains, encompassing planning, execution, reporting, and the optimization of program processes and practices.

+ Oversee and support controls testing and monitoring to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

+ Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and report potential risks.

+ Identify, document, and manage the remediation of control deficiencies, issues, and risk exposures.

+ Partner with teams across Global Affairs, Product Areas (PAs), and other functions to ensure a structured approach to compliance.
