    Selected candidates can expect: Ownership of projects instrumental to respective function and team, Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the Company, Mentorship by seasoned HR and business executives and Partnerships with other departments within the Company to gain a greater understanding of various roles in the business.

     

    Marketing roles may fall within one of the categories outlined below and will vary according to business need: Corporate Marketing, Consumer Insights, Customer Relationship Marketing, Digital Consumer Engagement and Marketing Analytics.

     

    The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $33.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.

    Qualifications

    Desired Skillsets: Strong interest in your chosen functional area, Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; Strong written and verbal communication skills, Passion for luxury goods and the beauty industry and Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

     

    Desired Majors: Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Analytics

     

    Program Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2026) and on track to graduate in May/June 2027
