Retail Media Manager
Overview
Join a dynamic team of growth marketers transforming the Retailer.com business at ELC. As a Retail Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our online business across North America by deploying and optimizing retail media investments, analyzing performance, and driving strategic insights. You’ll work cross-functionally to build new digital capabilities, enhance campaign effectiveness, and shape the future of how we reach customers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute retail media strategies aligned with brand and portfolio objectives across key retailers.
+ Manage day-to-day relationships with Retail Media Networks (RMNs) such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Macy’s Media Network.
+ Build media plans, deploy campaigns, and perform hands-on optimizations to meet business goals.
+ Monitor live campaigns and dashboards to ensure delivery, flag issues, and recommend in-flight optimizations.
+ Conduct A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis to refine campaign performance.
+ Aggregate and analyze campaign results across brands and retailers to generate actionable insights.
+ Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
+ Identify new ad units, targeting strategies, and data sources to maximize sales and efficiency.
+ Partner cross-functionally to develop automation tools and reduce manual efforts.
+ Stay current on the evolving retail media and advertising measurement landscape.
Qualifications
Qualifications
+ 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within retail media or CPG.
+ Hands-on experience with digital media channels (display, social, video, mobile, search, email).
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize campaign data into actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in internal reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to educate cross-functional teams.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple brands and retailers concurrently.
+ Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Experience with retailer first-party data and full-funnel campaign planning.
