How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs, with significant strategic and operational importance. You will have the opportunity to:

+ Partner with leadership to identify and address efficiency improvements.

+ Become a process owner by critically reviewing processes and recommending improvements.

+ Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency.

+ Learn and promote continuous improvement methodologies such as PPI and Six Sigma.

+ Collaborate across the IT function to achieve business objectives in areas like Global Information Security, Digital Technology & Delivery, Enterprise Application Systems, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.

Start Date

This internship begins on either May 11th or June 15th, 2026, for a duration of 10-12 weeks, depending on student availability per academic calendars.

Compensation & Relocation

We offer an hourly rate between $22.50 - $38.50, depending on the location. A relocation stipend of $5,000 is available for students located 50+ miles from the internship location.

How will you get here?

+ Master's student completing an Information Technology-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027.

+ Previous related internships preferred but not required.

+ Proven track record demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.

+ Energized by championing change, achieving results, and navigating ambiguity.

+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Sr Intern based inNorth Carolina is $14.75–$55.00.
