Role description

Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced PR Manager, Corporate and Product, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our media communications strategy. You will be a driving force behind our media relations program, building and maintaining relationships with key reporters across the business, industry and advertising sectors. Your ability to pitch and place Unity stories, understand industry trends, and integrate our voice into relevant conversations is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Develop and execute robust media relations programs that align with our corporate and product messaging.**

+ **Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets and reporters.**

+ **Respond to media inquiries and manage communications effectively across various platforms.**

+ **Proactively develop and implement PR campaigns to enhance Unity’s visibility and reputation.**

+ **Create compelling narratives for external audiences.**

+ **Monitor and analyze the media landscape to keep Unity at the forefront of industry conversations.**

+ **Craft content that resonates with stakeholders, ensuring our messages are clear, consistent, and impactful.**

+ **Collaborate with internal teams to align communication objectives and deliver cohesive messaging across all channels.**

+ **Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking.**

+ **Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communications efforts to ensure continuous improvement.**

Requirements:

+ **Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in media relations, ideally across broadcast, traditional media, podcasts, newsletters, and social media.**

+ **Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with reporters, pitch stories successfully, and secure coverage.**

+ **In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and ability to create relevant and impactful stories.**

+ **Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft creative and compelling content.**

+ **Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.**

+ **Strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach.**

+ **High business acumen with a keen intellectual curiosity.**

+ **Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.**

+ **Enthusiastic, collaborative, and driven to make a significant impact.**
