    What We’re Looking For:

    + Students currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year computer-related degree program.

    + Exceptional diagnostic abilities.

    + Superior customer service skills to support mission critical local and cloud applications within a Windows Domain and Active Directory environment.

    + A proactive attitude and passion for continuous learning.

    + Strong collaboration skills and willingness to contribute to the success of a team.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Hands-On and Remote Troubleshooting: Addressing Windows system issues for users across multiple locations.

    + Imaging and Installation: Installing and configuring new computer systems to ensure seamless operations.

    + Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance for critical IT procedures to maintain system integrity.

    + Proactive Issue Identification: Identifying and resolving system issues before they escalate.

    + Meeting Room and AV Support: Troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms.
