We are currently seeking an incredible General Manager for our Fulton Market location! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others

    What we're looking for:

    + Extensive food and beverage knowledge

    + At least three years of experience in a General Manager role for a high-volume restaurant

    + Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)

    + Food Handler’s Certification from the Department of Health

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

    + Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead

    + Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions

    + Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive)

    + A good sense of humor

    + Must be at least 18 years old
