Compensation Data
This position offers a base salary typically between $140,000 and $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. The Associate Director, PX Digital Innovation Strategy & Solutions is accountable for leading the strategic digital projects that require comprehensive understanding design, development and implementation of Enterprise Patient Digital Strategy Across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for supporting internal stakeholders and external customers in the Patient Population and Provider space. The incumbent will drive AI Focused Initiatives & Provider Support Programs supporting the cross functional teams within the Patient Excellence organization. Additionally, this role is responsible for the tactical program design, supporting strategic digital road maps, capabilities builds and implementations of integrated solutions across all therapeutic areas, supporting multiple simultaneous launches and program optimizations.
This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities
+ Supports collaborative efforts across the Patient Provider & Solutions Team.
+ Supports the development & strategy of GenAI solutions for the Patient Excellence organization.
+ Accountable for building a best-in-industry patient-centric digital initiatives.
+ Acts as a point lead and subject matter expert within digital innovation across Patient Excellence functions through the identification of digital trends and opportunities within the pharma/healthcare.
+ Scouts new technologies and anticipate future patient needs and expectations.
+ Works with highly matrixed cross functional partners across the organization in the US and globally to oversee development and implementation of digital solutions and ensure seamless integration across functions.
+ Serves as a 'business product owner' for the in-house digital solutions across all therapeutic areas and technology assets.
+ Works collaboratively within a Leadership Role across patient excellence sub-functions and other internal teams.
Requirements
+ BS/BA in Digital Marketing, IT Operations, Technology Program Design or applicable field required; Advance Degree Preferred; Technical certifications if applicable.
+ Minimum of seven to eight (7-8) years or relevant experience within Digital Marketing Operations, Digital Ecosystem, etc.
+ Healthcare and Consumer Marketing experience preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
+ Omnichannel or digital multi-channel tactical experience.
+ Demonstrated experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital.
+ Demonstrated experience in analyzing and deriving business insights from performance data for all relevant digital communication channels, including website, etc.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate issues and results within and across functional areas and deliver presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or timelines.
+ Ability to make and prioritize process and resource decisions based on overall team needs.
+ Skilled at building effective relationships.
