YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for dynamic professionals at the **associate consultant, consultant and senior consultant** level to support high-impact advisory and development work on Palantir Foundry implementations. This hybrid role blends client-facing consulting with hands-on technical development, offering a unique opportunity to shape solutions that matter.

As part of our team, you’ll:

+ Collaborate directly with clients to solve complex challenges using Foundry

+ Lead and contribute to technical solution design and implementation

+ Mentor junior talent and help build a strong, sustainable internal pipeline

They will demonstrate:

• Advise clients on Palantir Foundry solutions and data workflows.

• Develop and deploy data pipelines, ontologies, and AI/ML models within Foundry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface directly with clients, often acting as a product owner or proxy.

• Upskill junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Adapt skills to other tech stacks as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

_We would love to see a candidate with:_

• Experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics.

• Coding proficiency in Python (preferred) or R; SQL alone is insufficient.

• Familiarity with scalable cloud tech stacks (AWS, Azure).

• Understanding data governance, ontology, and semantic layers is a plus.

• Prior hands-on Palantir Foundry experience is highly preferred; experience with AIP (AI pipeline builder) is a bonus.

• Consulting/advisory experience or strong client communication skills.
