    Salary: $25 / Hour

     

    District located in Lynchburg, VA

     

    Position: School Behavior Tech

     

    Start Date: 9/22/25

     

    Length: Full 25/26 SY

     

    Shift: M-F | 37.5 hr/wk

    Job Duties:

    -1:1 with EC/SPED students with severe behaviors or Classroom support

     

    -Monitor behaviors to help limit/prevent outbursts

     

    -Assist student with school assignments to aide in their academic growth/development

     

    -Bus monitoring may be required on as needed basis

    Requirements:

    -Must have experience working in a 1:1 behavioral setting (ABA, behavioral/psych, school, etc.)

     

    -Must have experience with extreme/severe/violent behavioral cases

     

    -Physical/Verbal aggression and violence, elopement

     

    -Must be comfortable with ABA strategies

     

    -Previous experience in a school setting preferred

     

    W2 position employee with Amergis Staffing (Not the district), you will only be expected to work hours assigned on the contract. No unpaid required after school duties.
