Salary: $3404 / Week

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required

+ Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required

+ Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the Integrative Behavioral Health Services team at a respected facility in Santa Rosa, CA .

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a diverse community while enjoying flexibility and potential for long-term placement.

Position Highlights:

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional evenings/Saturdays)

+ Part-Time Option: Minimum 3 days/week

+ Contract Length: 6 months to start – potential temp-to-perm

+ Hours: 40 hours/week

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ Hybrid Option: Available after training period

+ Travel Weekly Pay: $3,404/week

+ Includes: $1,150 Taxable Income + $2,244 Stipends

+ Local Pay rate - $70/hr

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct mental health screenings and evidence-based psychotherapy

+ Collaborate with primary care providers to improve patient outcomes

+ Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy

+ Facilitate referrals and participate in warm handoffs and urgent evaluations

+ Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case management

Qualifications:

+ Licensed in California as LCSW or LMFT

+ Master’s degree in Counseling or related field

+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

+ Experience in community health and working with multicultural populations , especially Latino communities

+ Familiarity with EPIC systems or willingness to learn
