Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Supply Chain Launch Lead** to be located in Warsaw, IN, Cork, IE, Leeds, UK or Raynham, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provides leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global New Product Introduction programs
+ Leads multi-functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program
+ Drives the supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability
+ Identifies gaps in existing business processes and drives improvement initiatives to address
+ Designs the end-to-end value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies
+ Communicates to partners across multiple levels of the organization
Qualifications
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
+ A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function is required
+ Strong communication and influencing skills are required
+ Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred
+ Experience leading projects is preferred
+ A degree in engineering, science, or business preferred
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred
+ Experience interacting with suppliers is preferred
+ Experience working within a regulated environment
+ This position may require up to 20% Domestic and International travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000 - $147,200
