    + Starting pay rate from **$** **17 per hour -Paid Weekly- plus $1 shift differential!**

    Responsibilities

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for operating Thermoforming equipment throughout the facility.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    + Ability to use measurement instruments to check work.

    + Adjusts and notifies Tooling personnel the need for more complex machine adjustments.

    + Removes parts from the press.

    + Loads and removes inserts in the mold (“change over”) and inspects parts.

    + Performs all duties of a Packer when necessary.

    + Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves and boxes per packing specifications.

    + Grinds scrap material out of sleeves when needed.

    + Ability to accurately read and operate machine’s computer console.

    + Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process.

    + Set up and install mold bases.

    + Completes all paperwork as required.

    + Ability to use and understand Insight and Gainseeker.

    + Responsible for hourly retain rack checks.

    + Verifies the quality of the product and reports issues to QC.

    + Housekeeping as needed.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

    + + 1 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Thermoforming.

    + Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.
