Talen Energy is seeking motivated **Accounting and** **Finance Interns** to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. Our internships offer hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, providing valuable exposure to real-world financial decision-making to guide business performance.

Required Skills

+ Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (customizable based on role)

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in virtual and in-person environments

Basic Qualifications

+ Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Finance or Accounting or a related field

+ Must be a rising sophomore or junior

+ Enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 semester hours

+ Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

+ Eligible to work in the U.S. in accordance with BCIS guidelines

+ Able to provide an official student transcript and any other required documentation

+ Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with others

+ Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or community involvement

+ Internship eligibility ends upon graduation from the academic program
