    Logan Health is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to support the success of the 340B Drug Pricing Program!

     

    This key role functions as a 340B technician and is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, optimizing program performance, and maintaining accurate data exchange between internal systems and external stakeholders.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Monitor 340B drug purchases to verify eligibility and prevent diversion or duplicate discounts.

    + Perform chart abstraction and review to validate patient eligibility and prescription qualification under the 340B program

    + Maintain and update split billing software to ensure accurate tracking and replenishment of 340B inventory

    + Assist in the transmission and reconciliation of data between the hospital, third-party administrators, and drug manufacturers.

    + Support the preparation of documentation for HRSA audits and internal reviews.

    + Identify and resolve discrepancies in data feeds, purchase records, and patient eligibility files.

    + Assist in identifying opportunities for program optimization and cost savings.

    What we're looking for:

    + Pharmacy Technician with at least 3 years of experience

    + A detail-oriented technician who thrives on accuracy and compliance

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve discrepancies quickly

    + Organized and dependable with excellent follow-through on documentation and reporting

    + Comfortable working with multiple systems, databases, and software tools and programs

    + Effective communicator who collaborates well across departments and external partners

    + 340B experience is a plus!

    What you'll need to have:

    + Must meet all of the qualifications for the Montana Board of Pharmacy Technician application. Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program preferred. Prior health care experience preferred.

    + Active licensure with the Montana Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in good standing.

    + Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a hospital Pharmacy Technician

    Shift:

    Variable (United States of America)

     

    Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. This position will work four, 10-hour day shifts per week. No weekends, no holidays.

     

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
